Affiliate Program
Welcome to the Affiliate Program of Xcentric Beauty. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility Requirements
To join the affiliate program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid PayPal account to receive payments.
- Own a website, blog, social media channel, or any other platform with relevant content.
- Do not use misleading techniques or spam to promote our products.
2. Registration and Approval
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application. Active accounts may be terminated if they fail to comply with these terms or are used inappropriately.
3. Commissions and Payments
- The standard commission rate is 10% for each completed sale made through your unique referral link.
- Commissions are calculated based on the final amount paid by the customer, excluding taxes and shipping.
- Payments are issued monthly, between the 25th and 28th of each month, provided you have reached a minimum payout of $50.
- If you haven’t reached the minimum, your balance will roll over to the next month.
- No commissions are paid for canceled orders or refunds.
4. Allowed Promotion Methods
You may promote our products through:
- Social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Websites or blogs
- YouTube channels or email newsletters
- Direct recommendations
The following are not allowed:
- Sending spam (mass or unsolicited messages)
- Using deceptive or false advertising
- Promoting unauthorized coupons or discounts
- Using our brand name in Google Ads or Meta Ads without prior authorization
5. Cookie Duration
We use tracking cookies that last 30 days. If a user clicks your link and makes a purchase within this period, you will receive the corresponding commission.
6. Prohibited Activities
Your account will be immediately terminated if:
- You intentionally manipulate links to generate fake clicks.
- You use our brand name or trademarks without permission to register domains, create fake profiles, or run paid ads.
7. Affiliate Resources
We provide materials such as:
- Unique affiliate links
- Discount codes
These materials must be used ethically and cannot be modified in design or function.
8. Program Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms, commission structures, payment methods, or any other aspect of the program, with prior notice sent via email or within the affiliate dashboard.
9. Termination of Program or Accounts
We may terminate your participation at any time if you violate the rules. You may also choose to leave the program at any time by notifying us in writing.
